Today, we are super pleased to announce that reality TV star and new mum to baby Jude, Tiffany Watson, has joined us as the new Head of Product Design. The brand’s values of quality and natural bamboo-based products, sustainability and ‘best for baby’ align with Tiffany’s eco-conscious, clean reputation making it a making the perfect partnership.
Tiffany’s role will include working closely with the our Founder, Laura Crawford to create a new line of beautiful and natural, recyclable bamboo-based products including baby grows and muslins as well as a new range of gifts for members of the Mama Bamboo loyalty club, the Bamboo Buddy Club.
As mum to four-month-old baby Jude, Tiffany has expressed how she wants to continue progressing in her career, exploring new opportunities whilst enjoying every moment as a new mum.
Discussing the juggle in a podcast interview with Laura, Tiffany said:
“I’m on my own a lot as my husband Cameron travels a lot in his football career. However, I knew I wanted to continue working when I was a mum, I love work I love being busy and for me it’s not a chore. I need to find the balance and make it work as my priorities have changed. My family are very supportive and for now its manageable. I love everything that Mama Bamboo stands for, sustainability at the heart of the brand – everything aligns with my lifestyle and I’ve loved working with the brand.”

Tiffany will be working with us from her London home, embodying our flex-work and new parent friendly policies, as well as visiting our offices to test and select the new product range designed for mum and baby with sustainability at the heart. The new product range will include bamboo-based baby grows, breast-feeding covers, muslins, baby brushes, toothbrushes and weaning products - key products to help parents navigate their journey through parenthood as their babies grow.
Tiffany revealed that since becoming a mum she has never felt happier and more fulfilled, she’s also never felt so tired in her life. Tiffany said: “I didn’t know what tiredness was until now, but it’s all worth it!” Tiffany also discussed feeling body confident and not putting pressure on herself when it comes to her fitness routine. “When you are really tired exercise is the last thing you want to be doing, it’s hard to find a moment for myself but it’s something I want to get back into. It’s not happening as much as I’d like to right now but I’m trying not to be too hard on myself.”
